Terms of Service — ONE MAN MACHINE

By purchasing from or using the ONE MAN MACHINE website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't buy.

1. The products

We sell these one-time products:

  • THE STARTER — $497, one-time. Level 1 — Foundations: the four-role team blueprint, the day-one briefing sequence, fill-in-the-blank brief templates, the two-gate quality system, the human-approval rule and your first agent live. Taught, not done for you. Yours forever.
  • THE DOWNLOAD — $1,997, one-time. Levels 1–3 (Foundations, Builders, Scale), plus the Download Session — a live, one-on-one text session in which your AI operator is built and transferred to you — a written debrief, 12 months of Refresher Talks (first year included) and every future update.
  • PARTNER LAUNCH KIT — $47, one-time. An optional digital download with 9 share images, caption pack, email swipes, 30-day posting calendar and the Partner Marketing Agent prompt. Partnership is free; no purchase is required. All sales final — no refunds.
  • Operator prompt packages (digital downloads)

One-time means one-time. No subscriptions, no recurring charges, no auto-renewals — ever.

Upgrade credit: Buy the Starter and upgrade to the Download whenever you like — your $497 applies toward it in full and you pay $1,500. The credit never expires and applies once per Starter purchase.

2. Payment

We accept two payment methods:

  • Card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and other cards supported at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • USDC on Solana — pay with USDC from your own Solana wallet via Solana Pay, sent directly to our treasury wallet. No onramp, no middleman.

Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. They cannot be reversed, recalled, or charged back. This is a property of the technology, not our policy — and it's one reason all sales are final.

3. No refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy, and read it before you buy.

4. Course access

Course content is delivered through our online school. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private — don't share your account. We may suspend accounts that share access or abuse the platform.

5. Partner program

  • Commission: Partners earn 40% on qualifying completed sales attributed to their partner link: $798.80 per $1,997 Download sale, $198.80 per $497 Starter sale and $18.80 per $47 Partner Launch Kit sale, subject to program terms. Upgrades and Refresher extensions do not qualify; refunded or reversed sales do not qualify.
  • Joining: Partnership is free with email only. No purchase is required to participate or earn qualifying commissions; the $47 Partner Launch Kit is an optional download, not a signup fee. It is available now — signed-in partners can buy it from their Partner Dashboard.
  • Marketing permission: Partners have permission to use approved OMM marketing materials under the partner agreement to market OMM as an independent partner. This wording is provisional; exact trademark and license terms need attorney review before release.
  • How you're paid depends on how your referral paid:
    • Card sales — paid in USD via Stripe Connect. You'll need to complete Stripe's Connect onboarding (identity verification) to receive your commissions. Commissions accrue as a pending balance until onboarding is complete.
    • USDC sales — paid in USDC to your Solana wallet. A non-custodial wallet is generated for you automatically at signup — you own the keys and can import it into Phantom (or any Solana wallet) anytime for full access. You can also connect your own wallet instead. USDC commissions are paid immediately; nothing pends.
  • Claim deadline: You have 90 days from each sale to complete your payout setup (Connect onboarding for card commissions). We'll remind you at 30, 60, and 80 days. After 90 days, unclaimed commissions return to us.
  • No minimum payout. Any amount you've earned is payable once your payout setup is complete.
  • Conduct: No spam, no misleading claims about the products, and no income promises on our behalf. We may remove partners who violate this, with pending commissions handled per the terms above.
  • Taxes: You're responsible for reporting your own commission income. For US partners, we'll collect a W-9 and issue a 1099-NEC where the law requires it. Crypto tax treatment is your responsibility — talk to your accountant.

6. No income claims

This is education, not a business opportunity. We teach the system we built with — proof of build, not promises. We make no guarantee of income, results, or timelines. What you build with it is yours, and so are your results.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials — videos, documents, frameworks, recordings — are our property. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for yourself. Don't redistribute, resell, republish, or post our materials publicly.

8. Acceptable use

Don't break the law, don't attempt to disrupt our systems, and don't misrepresent your relationship with us.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Everything is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the program evolves. Continued use of the site or products after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
