Refund Policy — ONE MAN MACHINE

All sales are final. No refunds.

This policy covers the $497 Starter, the $1,997 Download, and the optional $47 Partner Launch Kit. The Launch Kit is a digital download; all sales are final, with no refunds, whether you pay by card or USDC.

This policy also covers the Newsletter Operator, Pipeline Operator, Shop Operator, Content Agency Operator, Support Desk Operator, Privacy Operator, Real Estate Operator, AI Automation Agency Operator, Home Services Operator, Creator Operator, Consultant Operator, Community Operator, and E-commerce Operator digital downloads; all sales are final, with no refunds.

Two reasons, and we want you to understand both before you buy:

1. Immediate delivery. You get access to digital products the moment your payment confirms — there's no way to "return" access once you've had it. This applies whether you pay by card or by crypto.
2. Crypto is irreversible. For USDC payments on Solana: once a payment is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed or charged back by anyone — not you, not us, not Stripe.

Before you buy

Read the product descriptions, the FAQ, and the Terms of Service. Make sure the Starter, Download, or Partner Launch Kit is what you want before purchasing. Partnership itself is free; the Launch Kit is optional.

The flexibility we do offer

Upgrade credit: Buy the Starter, and whenever you decide you want the full Download, your $497 applies toward it — you pay $1,500 instead of $1,997. The credit never expires and applies once per Starter purchase.

The one exception

If we ever fail to deliver what you paid for — the product simply doesn't arrive or isn't accessible — contact us at contact@onemanmachine.com and we'll make it right.
